Your Questions, Answered

  • We create films and photographs across a range of stories, with a focus on weddings and events, and select work in the corporate space.

  • You can either send us an e-mail at hello@crescent-studio.com, or contact us through our contact page.

  • We don’t just document events—we craft films.
Every wedding or project is approached with intention, focusing on atmosphere, emotion, and storytelling. Rather than following a template, we shape each film around the people and the moment, creating something that feels personal and timeless.

  • We don’t rush stories.
Each film is crafted over a few weeks with care and intention. If you’re looking for a quick turnaround, we might not be the right fit—but if you value something timeless, you’re in the right place.

Delivery times vary depending on the season and scope, with most films completed within a few weeks, and a maximum turnaround of 120 days.

  • For weddings and events, we offer packages that adapt to what you need. For corporate work, we set up a first meeting discussing the client’s needs, and then provide a quote based on the project complexity.

  • It depends on what your day needs.
We typically work with a team of 2–5 on-site, scaling up when needed to ensure everything is captured seamlessly.

  • For longer events such as weddings, we require at least one proper meal per crew member. This can be either from the event’s menu and catering, or provided as an additional budget for the crew.

  • Payments are split into three parts:
50% upfront to secure your booking, a second installment after the event, and the remaining balance upon delivery.
We can also arrange custom payment plans if needed.

The initial booking payment is non-refundable.

  • Yes! We offer custom packages depending on what you might need and the ideas and challenges you have for us. Don’t hesitate in consulting us with your idea in mind, and we’ll let you know what we can do!

  • RAW footage is the unprocessed data from the camera sensor.
It’s intentionally flat and unrefined, designed to retain maximum detail for professional editing and color grading. RAW files are extremely large—often several gigabytes per minute—because they contain unprocessed sensor data designed for professional editing.

The final film is shaped through a detailed post-production process—this is where the visual style, pacing, and emotion come together.

For that reason, we don’t provide RAW files, as they don’t represent the finished result.
